Welcome to Wordle Infinite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AR Next Lab ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our mobile game, related applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, registering for, or playing Wordle Infinite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Wordle Infinite. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account Creation

  • You may play as a "Guest" or create an account using supported authentication methods (Google Sign-In, Facebook Login).
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Account Security

  • You agree to immediately notify us at admin@arnextlab.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • AR Next Lab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • Guest accounts are not recoverable if the app is uninstalled or device data is cleared. We strongly recommend linking your account to a permanent authentication method.

2. License & Intellectual Property

2.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AR Next Lab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and play Wordle Infinite strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2.2 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Wordle Infinite—including but not limited to software code, graphics, artwork, animations, sound effects, music, user interface design, character designs, story elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, and all related intellectual property—are and shall remain the exclusive property of AR Next Lab and its licensors.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Service.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks within the Service.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to streaming, broadcasting, or monetizing gameplay without prior written permission.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, macros, or any unauthorized third-party software to interact with the Service.

2.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to the Service (e.g., custom chat messages, feedback, suggestions):

  • You grant AR Next Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Virtual Goods & In-Game Currency

3.1 Nature of Virtual Items

Wordle Infinite includes virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items ("Themes," "Chat Packs," "Power-ups," "Word Pass") (collectively, "Virtual Goods").

  • No Real-World Value: Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, or services outside the Service.
  • Non-Transferable: Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold, and are non-transferable between accounts or users.
  • Account-Bound: Virtual Goods are tied to your specific account and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to other accounts except through official in-game gifting features.

3.2 Purchases & Payments

  • All purchases of Virtual Goods are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store using their respective payment systems.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are subject solely to the refund policies of Google or Apple, not AR Next Lab.
  • Prices for Virtual Goods are listed in your local currency and may vary by region. AR Next Lab reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

3.3 Right to Modify or Remove

AR Next Lab reserves the right to manage, regulate, modify, suspend, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including game balance, technical requirements, or business decisions. No compensation or refund will be provided for Virtual Goods that are modified or removed.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree NOT to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify, interfere with, or gain unfair advantage in the Service.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or server vulnerabilities to gain unintended rewards, manipulate rankings, or disrupt gameplay.
  • Engage in "refund fraud" (purchasing items and then requesting unauthorized chargebacks through payment providers).
  • Harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against, or use abusive, hateful, or inappropriate language toward other players or AR Next Lab staff.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Share, trade, sell, or purchase accounts, Virtual Goods, or in-game progress for real-world money or other consideration outside official channels.
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, spam, phishing attempts, or any harmful or illegal content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, servers, or networks.

5. Anti-Cheat Policy & Enforcement

Zero-Tolerance Anti-Cheat Policy

AR Next Lab employs automated detection systems, manual reviews, and player reports to identify cheating, exploiting, or unfair play. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violations.

Detected Violations May Result In:

  • Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
  • Permanent Ban: Account permanently disabled with no possibility of recovery or appeal.
  • Virtual Goods Removal: Illegitimately obtained Coins, items, or progress may be revoked without refund.
  • Rank Reset/Penalty: Competitive rankings, trophies, or leaderboard positions may be reset or penalized.
  • Legal Action: In cases of severe fraud, commercial cheating, or intellectual property infringement, AR Next Lab reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies.

Common Violations Include:

  • Using modified APK/IPA files, rooted/jailbroken devices with cheating frameworks, or memory editors.
  • Automating gameplay with macros, scripts, or input emulation software.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate matchmaking, rankings, or in-game economies.
  • Abusing referral systems, gift mechanics, or promotional events for artificial reward generation.
  • Submitting false reports or abusing the support system to harass other players or staff.

Appeals Process:

If you believe your account was penalized in error, you may submit one appeal to admin@arnextlab.com with detailed evidence. AR Next Lab's decision on all enforcement actions is final and binding. Frivolous or abusive appeals may result in additional penalties.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

6.1 By AR Next Lab

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without prior notice or liability, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:

  • Violated these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engaged in cheating, fraud, or any prohibited activity outlined in Section 4 or 5.
  • Compromised account security or engaged in suspicious activity.
  • Harassed other users or AR Next Lab personnel.
  • Attempted to circumvent technical protections or security measures.

6.2 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  1. Navigating to Settings → Account Settings → "Delete My Account" within the app.
  2. Following the confirmation process, which requires explicit authentication.

Account deletion is IRREVERSIBLE. All data, progress, and Virtual Goods will be permanently erased.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to access the Service immediately ends.
  • All Virtual Goods, progress, and account data are permanently deleted (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • AR Next Lab is not obligated to provide refunds for unused Virtual Goods or subscription time, except as required by applicable law.

7. Service Transfer & Data Disclaimer

Service Discontinuation Clause

AR Next Lab reserves the absolute right to discontinue, modify, suspend, or transfer ownership of Wordle Infinite at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Business decisions, financial viability, or strategic reorientation.
  • Technical obsolescence, security vulnerabilities, platform deprecation, or third-party service dependencies.
  • Legal, regulatory, or licensing requirements in any jurisdiction.
  • Merger, acquisition, asset sale, bankruptcy, or transfer to a successor entity.

NO LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS:

In the event that Wordle Infinite is permanently shut down, discontinued, or transferred to another company:

  • AR Next Lab SHALL NOT be responsible, liable, or obligated to preserve, migrate, export, or compensate you for any user data, account information, virtual goods, progress, trophies, social connections, or purchased items.
  • All cloud-saved data, Virtual Goods, and account access may be permanently deleted without notice, compensation, or refund.
  • Users expressly acknowledge and accept this risk by using the Service. We strongly advise against investing significant real-world money or time with the expectation of indefinite access.

Where legally required and reasonably feasible, AR Next Lab may provide advance notice of service termination via in-app notification, email, or official website. However, such notice is not guaranteed and does not create any entitlement to data recovery or compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

AR Next Lab expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information within the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AR NEXT LAB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or virtual goods.
  • Loss of use, downtime, or inability to access the Service.
  • Cost of substitute services or procurement of replacement goods.
  • Personal injury, emotional distress, or reputational harm arising from Service use.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AR NEXT LAB IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AR Next Lab, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your use of the Service, including any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction of AR Next Lab Registration - e.g., Pakistan, Delaware USA, etc.], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us at admin@arnextlab.com to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal remedies.
  • Binding Arbitration: Except for claims seeking injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in [Jurisdiction], under its commercial arbitration rules.
  • Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
  • Small Claims: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains within that court's jurisdiction.

11.3 Jurisdiction

For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Jurisdiction].

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time in our sole discretion.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or on our official channels with a revised "Last Updated" date.
  • Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree to modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AR Next Lab regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. AR Next Lab may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, internet outages, or government actions).
  • Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
